The cutting seedling-raising tray comprises a seedling-raising cup tray and a seedling-raising cover tray, the seedling-raising cup tray comprises a first flat plate and a plurality of seedling-raising cups which sink downwards from the upper surface of the first flat plate and are symmetrically distributed, and the seedling-raising cover tray comprises a second flat plate and cup covers which protrude upwards from the bottom surface of the second flat plate and are matched with the seedling-raising cups; a protrusion extending from thebottom face to an inner containing cavity of the seedling-raising cup is arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity of the seedling-raising cup, a groove used for being connected with a sponge block in a clamped mode is downwards formed in the protrusion, the bottom end of the groove is communicated with the inner containing cavity of the seedling-raising cup, and a vent hole is formed in the topend of the cup cover. Water in the seedling-raising cup is naturally evaporated into water vapor, and it can be guaranteed that the environment in the seedling-raising cup reaches the humidity neededby seedling rooting. In the whole seedling-raising process, the loss of water in the cup is particularly small, water is hardly needed to be supplemented to the seedling raising cup, the labor and water and electricity costs can be saved, and unstable factors caused by manual misoperation and equipment failure are avoided.
