The invention relates to the field of techniques for ceramic stained paper, in particular to embossed stained paper as well as a preparation method and an application thereof. The preparation method of the embossed stained paper comprises the following steps of: smearing photo-sensitive glue on a polyester screen to obtained a photo-sensitive screen; calcining silicon dioxide, a lead-free frit, boron oxide, feldspar and pigments in a mixing manner, carrying out cooling, ball milling, drying and sieving to obtain color pigments, and mixing the color pigments with letterpress varnish to obtain color printing pigments; calcining silicon dioxide, the lead-free frit, zinc oxide and feldspar, carrying out cooling, ball milling, drying and sieving to obtain embossed pigments, and mixing the embossed pigments with the letterpress varnish to obtain embossed printing pigments; sequentially printing the color printing pigments and the embossed printing pigments on stained body paper, and after drying, carrying out ink printing on the cover and drying to obtain the embossed stained paper. The preparation method provided by the invention can achieve various multi-color three-dimensional effects, prevents the phenomena of frizzling and powder falling, realizes high rate of finished products, improves the mechanical wear resistance and dirt resistance of surface enamels of products, and has low lead and cadmium dissolution.
本发明涉及陶瓷花纸工艺领域,具体涉及一种浮雕花纸及其制备方法与应用。所述浮雕花纸的制备方法为:在聚酯丝网上涂抹感光胶,获得感光丝网;将二氧化硅、无铅熔块、氧化硼、长石、色料混合煅烧,冷却球磨并烘干过筛获得彩色颜料,并与调墨油混合获得彩色印刷颜料;将二氧化硅、无铅熔块、氧化锌、长石混合煅烧,冷却球磨并烘干过筛获得浮雕颜料,并与调墨油混合获得浮雕印刷颜料;将彩色印刷颜料和浮雕印刷颜料依次印刷至花底纸干燥后,进行封面油印刷并干燥获得浮雕花纸。本发明可获得多种彩色立体效果,在烧制过程中不会出现爆花和掉粉的现象,实现了产品成品率高;提高了产品表面釉质耐机械磨损和耐污性能,且其铅镉溶出量低。
