The invention discloses a monomer-assisting and water-reducing agent for concrete. A formula of themonomer-assisting and water-reducing agent comprises the components in parts by mass: 3400-3550 partsof pre-added water, 1600-1750 parts of methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether, 1650-1750 parts of allyl polyoxyethylene ether, 25-35 parts of beta-hydroxy-beta methyl calcium butyrate, 13-15 parts of a potassium permanganate solution with the mass percentage concentration being 2.5%, 25-27 parts of hydrogen peroxide with the mass percentage concentration being 27.5%, 725-728 parts of a mixed solutionA (7-8 parts of vitamin C, 18-20 parts of a chain transfer agent and 560 parts of deionized water), 890-900 parts of a mixed solution B (330-340 parts of acrylic acid and 560 parts of water), 35-45parts of sodium hydroxide or 175-225 parts of a sodium hydroxide solution with the mass percentage concentration of 20%, and 1500-1600 parts of post-added water. The monomer-assisting and water-reducing agent is prepared by the following steps: sequentially adding pre-added water, a part of monomers, beta-hydroxy-beta methyl calcium butyrate, the rest monomers, the potassium permanganate solution,hydrogen peroxide, the mixed solution A, the mixed solution B, sodium hydroxide and the post-added water. According to the invention, the consumption of the monomers is reduced, the production periodis shortened, the production energy consumption is reduced, and the cost is saved; the product has a good water reducing rate, and meanwhile, the slump loss resistance can be considered.
本发明公开了一种混凝土用助单减水剂,按照质量组份计的配方包括前加水3400‑3550份、甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚1600‑1750份、烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚1650‑1750份、β‑羟基‑β甲基丁酸钙25‑35份、2.5%质量百分浓度的高锰酸钾液13‑15份、27.5%质量百分浓度的双氧水25‑27份、混合液A725‑728份(维生素C7‑8份,链转移剂18‑20份,水560份)、混合液B890‑900份(丙烯酸330‑340份、水560份)、氢氧化钠35‑45份或20%质量百分浓度氢氧化钠溶液175‑225份、后加水1500‑1600份。按以下步骤制备,依次加入前加水、部分单体、β‑羟基‑β甲基丁酸钙、余下的单体、高锰酸钾液、双氧水、混合液A、混合液B、氢氧化钠、后加水。本发明减少了单体的用量,缩短了生产周期,降低了生产能耗,节约成本;产品具有较好的减水率,同时又可以兼顾保塌性。
