Micro-powder foam light soil and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses micro-powder foam light soil. The micro-powder foam light soil is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-1200 parts of a cementing material, 0.1-1200 parts of micro powder, 0-800 parts of an admixture, 1-600 parts of water, 0-10 parts of a water reducing agent, 0-20 parts of a reinforcing agent, 0-5 parts of an emulsifier, 0-10 parts of fibers, 0-50parts of an excitant and 0.1-10 parts of a foaming agent. A preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the raw materials; (2) mixing and stirring the cementing material, the micropowder, the admixture, the water, the water reducing agent, the reinforcing agent, the emulsifier, the fibers and the excitant; (3) mixing with foaming foam of the foaming agent; and (4) pouring on side or prefabricating in a factory. The micro-powder foam light soil contains a large number of air holes, has the characteristics of light weight, high strength and heat preservation and insulation,and can effectively reduce the self weight of a building body; a large number of waste raw materials can be added and utilized, thus achieving comprehensive utilization of various resources, effectively improving the utilization rate of wastes, and reducing the production cost.
