Recycled aggregate concrete and application thereof in retaining wall construction
The invention discloses recycled aggregate concrete and application thereof in retaining wall construction. Each cubic meter of concrete comprises 250 kg to 350 kg of cement, 500 kg to 600 kg of natural sand, 400 kg to 500 kg of recycled aggregate with a size of 5 mm to 20 mm, 400 kg to 500 kg of recycled aggregate with a size of 20 mm to 40 mm, 500 kg to 650 kg of recycled aggregate with a size of 40 mm to 80 mm and 25 kg to 35 kg of a reinforcing agent. The water cement ratio is controlled to be 0.40 to 0.55. A modification method of the recycled aggregate comprises the following steps: soaking the recycled aggregate in a citric acid solution, cleaning with water, soaking in a modification solution prepared from redispersible powder, mica powder and dimethylsilyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane, and airing to complete the modification of the recycled aggregate. Recycled aggregate is modified and then used as a raw material of a retaining wall; recycling of recycled concrete aggregate resources can be achieved, consumption of non-renewable resource gravel is reduced, the construction cost of the retaining wall is reduced, good economic benefits, social benefits and ecologicalbenefits are achieved, the overall structural stability, strength and the like of the retaining wall can be improved, and the trend of developing the green and environment-friendly building industryis met.
本发明公开了一种再生骨料混凝土及其在挡土墙施工的应用,每方混凝土中各组分的含量:水泥为250‑350kg、天然砂为500‑600kg、5‑20mm再生骨料400‑500kg、20‑40mm再生骨料400‑500kg、40‑80mm再生骨料500‑650kg和增强剂25‑35kg,控制水灰比在0.40‑0.55之间。所述再生骨料的改性方法为:将再生骨料放入放入柠檬酸溶液中浸泡,用水清洗干净后,再放入可再分散粉、云母粉和二甲基硅烷基笼形聚倍半硅氧烷配成的改性液浸泡,晾干,即完成再生骨料的改性。本发明将再生骨料经过改性后再作为挡土墙原料,不仅能够实现再生混凝土骨料资源的回收利用,减少不可再生资源砂石的消耗,降低了挡土墙的施工成本,具有很好的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益,还能提高挡土墙整体结构稳定性及强度等,符合发展绿色环保建筑业的趋势。
