A large amount of phosphorus slag powder is adopted to replace cement, thecement consumption is reduced, and environmental pollution is reduced; the setting time of the phosphorus slag powder concrete is controlled through the components of the admixture, and meanwhile, thelimestone powder is used for carrying out crystal nucleus induction on hydration of the phosphorus slag powder, so that the hydration reaction of the phosphorus slag powder is accelerated; the siliceous volcanic ash cementing material is doped to ensure the early strength of the concrete, and the spherical volcanic ash cementing material is utilized to improve the working performance of the concrete. The method overcomes the defects of delayed coagulation, low early strength and the like caused by low mixing amount and overhigh mixing amount of phosphorus slag powder, and has the significanceof large-scale popularization.
