The invention discloses anti-static ceramic ink, a preparation method and a ceramic tile. The ceramic ink is characterized by mainly comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35-45 parts of glaze powder, 5-10 parts of glycerol, 3-7 parts of resin, 2-5 parts of a dispersing agent, 0.8-1.5 parts of a binder, 0.8-3 parts of a surfactant, 20-30 parts of water and 10-20 parts of an organic solvent; and the glaze powder is a mixture of zirconium oxide, aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide, zinc oxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide and titanium dioxide, and the weight ratio of the silicon dioxide to the aluminum oxide to the zirconium oxide to the zinc oxide to the calcium oxide to the magnesium oxide to the titanium dioxide is 1:(0.3-0.5): (0.1-0.3): (0.05-0.1): (0.1-0.2): (0.03-0.08): (0.08-0.2). The ceramic ink provided by the invention is high in thermal stability and free of coagulation; and when the ceramic ink is sprayed on a ceramic tile, the prepared ceramic has very excellent antistatic performance and is high in wear resistance and antifouling grade.
本发明公开一种防静电的陶瓷墨水、制备方法及陶瓷砖,其特征在于,陶瓷墨水按重量组份主要包括以下原料:釉粉35‑45份,甘油5‑10份,树脂3‑7份,分散剂2‑5份,粘结剂0.8‑1.5份,表面活性剂0.8‑3份,水20‑30份,有机溶剂10‑20份;所述釉粉为氧化锆、氧化铝、二氧化硅、氧化锌、氧化钙、氧化镁、以及二氧化钛的混合物,所述二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化锆、氧化锌、氧化钙、氧化镁、二氧化钛的重量比为1:(0.3‑0.5):(0.1‑0.3):(0.05‑0.1):(0.1‑0.2):(0.03‑0.08):(0.08‑0.2)。本发明提供的陶瓷墨水热稳定性高,不聚沉;将其喷涂在陶瓷砖上,制得的陶瓷具有非常优异的抗静电性能,耐磨损,防污等级高。
