The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the kerb, and preparing and brushing the nano self-cleaning agent. By means of the method, the phenomenon that the self-cleaning kerb is polluted when the road surface is washed by a sanitation worker is avoided, the self-cleaning kerb is washed by rainwater in rainy days, and dust on the surface of the self-cleaning kerb is removed. The nano self-cleaning agent layer is used for isolating atmosphere, water and biological erosion, so that the aging time of the self-cleaning kerb is prolonged.
