The method comprises the following steps that S1, measurement control points are determined and rechecked; S2, roadbed measurement and setting out are conducted according to the measurementcontrol points; S3, the center line and the side line of the roadbed are retested and rechecked, and the surface of the roadbed foundation is cleaned and filled; S4, the bottom of the roadbed is subjected to layered filling and compaction from the top face of the foundation and leveled to the elevation layer faceof the embedded corrugated steel ventilation pipe, and then detection and acceptance are conducted; S5, a leveling control point and a plane measurement control point are determined and rechecked, surveying and setting out are conducted according to the arrangement position of the corrugated steel ventilation pipe, and rechecking is conducted; S6, corrugated steel ventilation pipes are transversely arranged along the roadbed and perpendicular to the center line of the roadbed, and the two ends of each corrugated steel ventilation pipe extend out of roadbed slopes; and S7, roadbeds are filledon the two sides of the installed corrugated steel ventilation pipes and between the pipes, and the corrugated steel ventilation pipes are buried in the roadbeds. The construction method is safe in structure, durable, high in construction speed, low in construction cost and remarkable in social benefit.
