The invention discloses a system and a process for finely separating and recycling an asphalt pavement milling material. The system for finely separating and recycling the asphalt pavement milling material comprises a fine separation box and a first aggregate conveying device, a first aggregate conveying device is arranged at the lower end of the fine separation box, a first vibration screening box is arranged below one side of the first aggregate conveying device, a second aggregate conveying device and a sixth aggregate conveying device are arranged on one side of the first vibration screening box, and a second vibration screening box is arranged below one side of the second aggregate conveying device. The crushed raw materials leave the crushing cavity under the action of gravity and enter a discharging hopper of the lower machine body to be discharged; an upper beating protective plate and a lower beating protective plate are installed on the wall of the crushing cavity to protectthe machine shell from being impacted and abraded, and the characteristic is that raw materials are accelerated through the throwing wheel during acceleration, and about half of particles are ejectedout through energy obtained in the throwing wheel device and then impacted and rubbed with falling raw materials and linings or impacted with the raw materials at a high speed to be crushed. The system is simple in structure, high in practicability, low in cost and capable of being used and popularized.
