The invention provides a river sluice for a water conservancy project. The river sluice comprises a plurality of sluice gate units used for forming the river sluice. Each sluice gate unit comprises amovable door leaf, a fixed door leaf and a transmission box, wherein the fixed door leaf is fixedly connected to one side of the transmission box, and the movable door leaf is slidably mounted on thefixed door leaf; the fixed door leaf is provided with a plurality of water drainage strip holes from top to bottom, and each water drainage strip hole is rotatably provided with a water blocking cover; one end of a rotary shaft of each water blocking cover extends into the corresponding transmission box, and the end of each water blocking cover is connected with a transmission locking assembly; the number of the opened water blocking covers and the number of the closed water blocking covers are controlled through cooperation of a power motor and the transmission locking assemblies, and the purpose of controlling the water flow is achieved; meanwhile, the movable door leaves are slidably mounted on the fixed door leaves left and right, a cross beam stretching across a river channel does notneed to be arranged, and the height of a passing ship is not limited; and in addition, the water drainage strip holes can guide floating garbage to the two sides of a river bank, cleaning is facilitated, and the river sluice has the advantages that the water flow can be adjusted, the height of the ship is not limited, and the floating garbage can be guided.
