The invention provides a gravity-self-balanced telescopic platform for overhauling a high-gradient runner of a hydropower station and a use method. A main hanging box girder is fixedly disposed on thetop of a fixed platform. Telescopic beams which can do telescopic movements in the length direction of the main hanging box girder are disposed on the two sides of the main hanging box girder throughtelescopic mechanisms. Telescopic moving platforms are fixedly disposed at the outer ends of the telescopic beams. Heightened climbing ladders are fixedly disposed on the telescopic moving platforms.The ends of the telescopic beams rotationally support the centers of large wheels through hanging shafts. A plurality of side face guide wheel assemblies which are evenly distributed are disposed ona wheel arm of each large wheel. Hanging structures for hanging the main hanging box girder are disposed at the two ends of the top of the main hanging box girder. The main hanging shaft of the overhauling platform can do telescopic movements and can be lengthened in the width direction of the overhauled runner; and the surface structure of the runner is effectively protected due to flexible contact of the supporting wheels of the overhauling platform and the rubber.
本发明提供了水电站大坡度流道检修重力自平衡伸缩平台及使用方法,固定平台的顶部固定安装有主悬挂箱梁,所述主悬挂箱梁的两侧通过伸缩机构安装有能够沿着其长度方向伸缩的伸缩梁,所述伸缩梁的外端固定安装有可伸缩活动平台;所述可伸缩活动平台上固定安装有加高爬梯,所述伸缩梁的端头通过悬挂轴转动支撑在大滚轮的中心位置;所述大滚轮的轮辐上安装有多个均布的侧面导向轮组件;所述主悬挂箱梁的顶部两端安装有用于对其进行吊装的吊装结构。该检修平台主悬挂轴可伸缩,可沿检修流道宽度伸长;检修平台的支撑轮与流道的柔性接触有效保护流道表面结构。
