The invention relates to the technical field of foundation protection, in particular to a civil engineering foundation protection system. A pipe network structure is used for being buried in a foundation, a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor and a pressure sensor are arranged on the pipe network structure; the pipe network structure comprises a plurality of hollow pipes communicating with one another, a plurality of through holes are formed in the hollow pipes; the two ends of a circulating connecting pipe respectively communicate with the two ends of the pipe network structure to form a circulating airflow passage; a plurality of cooling fins are arranged on the circulating connecting pipe in a penetrating mode in the radial direction, a collecting part is arranged at the bottom of thecirculating connecting pipe, the side wall of the collecting part is inclined, a drainage pipe is arranged at the bottom of the collecting part; an air blower is arranged in the circulating connecting pipe; a heating device is used for heating the pipe network structure; a control system is connected with the heating device, the air blower and the sensors; and a power storage device is used for supplying power to the control system, the heating device and the sensors. The invention aims to provide the civil engineering foundation protection system capable of realizing water control and reinforcement on the civil engineering foundation.
