The invention relates to a tower crane foundation for a foundation pit and a construction method of the tower crane foundation, and belongs to the field of tower crane foundations. The tower crane foundation has the effects that by arranging the lifting frame, the possibility of rustiness caused by long-time contact of tower crane base joints, the pre-embedded column legs and water is reduced; and meanwhile, working personnel do not need to enter a tower crane well when maintain the tower crane base joints due to the fact that the tower crane base joints are lifted above the bottom surface of the foundation pit, heavy objects can be stacked on the periphery of a tower crane due to the fact that retaining walls are not required to be arranged, and the space utilization in the foundation pit is improved.
