Water inlets corresponding to the swiveling wheels are formed in the second collection boxes correspondingly. Power generators are arranged on the second collection boxes correspondingly. Rainwater can be well collected, moreover, accumulated rainwater can also impact upon the swiveling wheels, accordingly, rotor spindles are driven to rotate for power generation, and the rainwater utilization effect is greatly improved.
