The invention discloses an integrated buried sewage treatment prefabricated pump station. The pump station comprises a base and an integral barrel horizontally disposed below the horizontal plane, thetop of the integrated barrel is provided with a control cabinet and an inlet, an electric lifting ladder is arranged below the inlet and in the integrated barrel, and a water inlet and a water outletare formed in two sides of the integrated barrel respectively. A system starting hydraulic sensor is arranged above the water inlet and in the integrated barrel, a system stopping hydraulic sensor isarranged below the water inlet, and a water collecting box is arranged on the side, close to the water inlet, of the integrated barrel. An artificial grid and a crushing grid are arranged in the water collecting box in parallel. A drainage pump is arranged in the integrated barrel, and the drainage pump communicates with the water outlet through a pipeline. The pump station has the advantages that the occupied area is small and land resources are saved; and the control cabinet can automatically control the operation of the pump station, large-particle solid is directly crushed into small particles through the crushing grid, the small particles flow downstream along with sewage, and grid slag is not generated, so that the treatment flow is simplified, and manpower and material resources are saved.
本发明公开了一体化地埋式污水处理预制泵站，包括水平设置在水平面以下的基座和一体化筒体，一体化筒体的顶部设有控制柜和入口，一体化筒体内位于入口的下方设有电动升降梯，一体化筒体的两侧分别设有进水口和出水口，一体化筒体内位于进水口的上方设有系统启动液压传感器，进水口的下方设有系统停止液压传感器，一体化筒体靠近进水口的一侧设有集水箱，集水箱内设有平行设置的人工格栅和粉碎格栅，一体化筒体内设有排水泵，且排水泵通过管路与出水口相连通。本发明具有占地面积小、节省土地资源等优点，通过控制柜可自动控制泵站的运作，通过粉碎格栅直接将大颗粒固体粉碎成小颗粒，随污水下游，不产生栅渣，简化处理流程，节省人力物力。
