Anti-cracking method for assembled wallboard splicing seam
The invention discloses an anti-cracking method for an assembled wallboard splicing seam. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a caulking material is utilized for conducting caulking and pointing treatment on the splicing seam, and a stress release groove is cut along the pointing position; the stress release groove is filled with a cementation sealing layer till the cementation sealing layer extends outwards to the groove edge of the stress release groove and till the cementation sealing layer extends to the surface of an outer wall; before the cementation sealing layer is condensed,a T-shaped seam filling strip is attached to the cementation sealing layer filling the stress release groove; the surface of the T-shaped seam filling strip or a matrix material is coated with a cementation sealing layer so as to cover the T-shaped seam filling strip or the matrix material; and an outer wall decoration surface layer is arranged on the periphery of the T-shaped seam filling strip or the matrix material so as to be consistent with the surface of the outer wall. According to the anti-cracking method, the stress release groove is filled with the cementation sealing layer, and various kinds of stress parallel to the surface direction of the outer wall are eliminated; and the T-shaped seam filling strip or the matrix material is pressed and fixed to the surface of the cementation sealing layer, various kinds of stress perpendicular to the surface direction of the outer wall are eliminated, and the outer wall decoration surface layer is protected against cracking generated bythe stress effect in all directions.
本发明公开一种装配式墙板拼接缝防开裂方法,先利用嵌缝材料对拼接缝进行填缝和勾缝处理,并沿勾缝处切割出应力释放槽;将粘固密封层填充至应力释放槽,直至粘固密封层外泛至应力释放槽的槽沿直至延伸至外墙表面;在粘固密封层未凝结之前,将T型补缝条按贴于应力释放槽所填充的粘固密封层上;在T型补缝条或胎体材料表面再涂抹一层粘固密封层以覆盖T型补缝条或胎体材料;将外墙装饰面层设于T型补缝条或胎体材料外周以与外墙表面一致。本发明在应力释放槽内填充粘固密封层,消除平行外墙表面方向的各种应力;将T型补缝条或胎体材料压固于粘固密封层表面,消除垂直于外墙表面方向的各种应力,保护外墙装饰面层免遭各方向应力作用而产生的开裂。
