The invention discloses a novel composite embedded high-performance fire-proof insulation board and a manufacturing method thereof. The novel composite embedded high-performance fire-proof insulationboard comprises an insulation board main body, wherein the insulation board main body 1 is a cuboid structure, and the insulation board main body is 1200 mm long and 600 mm wide; one side of the insulation board main body is successively provided with a first groove and a second groove from left to right, and the other opposite side of the insulation board main body is successively and respectively provided with a third groove and a fourth groove from left to right; and the sides of the first groove, the second groove, the third groove and the fourth groove of the insulation board main body are covered with fiberglass mesh. Firstly, the high-performance insulation board is slotted in a single face and a single item according to the size requirements- a high-molecular polymer mortar is prefabricated-a high-performance insulation bag is put into assembly line equipment- the single-sided groove is filled-the alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh is paved- the covering surface of the high-performance poloymer motor is pressed into the mesh-the high-performance poloymer motor is put into a curing workshop for curing; and then the other side of the single slotted insulation board after curingcan be processed repeatedly.
