The invention provides an anti-cracking type internal parting wall applied to a fabricated steel structure and a construction method thereof, and solves the problem that a slab joint is easy to crackwhen the internal parting wall is in use. A frame is in a recangular shape and is formed by welding two vertically parallel frame columns and two horizontally parallel frame girders; a plurlaity of channel steel clamping pieces are horizontally arranged on the top part and the bottom part of the inner sides of the frame girders; a plurality of strip plates abutted against the frame and matched with the channel steel clamping pieces are vertically arranged on the inner side of the frame; four corners of the strip plates are located on the channel steel clamping pieces and are fixedly connectedwith the channel steel clamping pieces; and the strip plates are matched mutually. The channel steel clamping pieces and the strip plates are fixed in a matching way, so that the stability of the frame can be improved; the strip plates are saw-toothed, so that the free form deformation length can be shortened; and according to a contraction deformation formula that omega is equal to alpha multiplied by iota, the free form deformation length of the slab joint is shortened, the constraction deformation can be reduced, and the effect on preventing the slab joint from cracking is finally achieved.
本发明提出一种应用于装配式钢结构的抗裂型内隔墙与其施工方法,解决了内隔墙在使用中在板缝处经常遇到开裂的问题;框架为矩形且由两个竖向平行的框架柱和两个横向平行的框架梁焊接而成,所述框架梁内侧的顶部和底部水平设置有若干槽钢卡件,框架内侧竖向设置有若干与框架相抵且与槽钢卡件配合的条板,所述条板的四角位于槽钢卡件处,且与槽钢卡件固定连接;所述条板相互配合;槽钢卡件和条板配合固定可以提高框架的稳定性,条板为锯齿状可以缩短自由变形长度,根据收缩变形公式ω=α·l可知,缩短板缝的自由变形长度,可减小收缩变形,最终达到防止板缝开裂的问题。
