The invention discloses a floor structure with prefabricated double-curved-arch shells. The floor structure is characterized in that the floor structure comprises vertical columns, beams (2), fillinglayers and the prefabricated double-curved-arch shells, the vertical columns and the beams form a frame, the beams are distributed in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction, every four beams connected end to end form a beam lattice, each beam lattice is internally provided with the corresponding prefabricated double-curved-arch shell, the upper surfaces and the lower surfaces of the prefabricated double-curved-arch shells are each in a double-curved-arch shape, and the edges of each prefabricated double-curved-arch shell are fixedly connected with the side faces of the four corresponding beams correspondingly; and the prefabricated double-curved-arch shells are covered with the filling layers, and the top surfaces of the filling layers are flat. The superior compression performance of concrete is fully utilized, the poor tensile performance of the concrete is avoided, and a large quantity of steel bars and the concrete can be saved; and the prefabricated double-curved-arch shells transmit the load evenly to the frame, so that the frame is structurally stressed evenly, the edges of the prefabricated double-curved-arch shells are fixed through the beam sides of the frame, and thus the bearing capacity of the prefabricated double-curved-arch shells is improved.
本发明公开了一种具有预制双曲拱壳的楼盖结构,其特征在于,包括立柱、梁(2)、填充层和预制双曲拱壳,立柱和梁组成框架,梁沿着横向和纵向两个方向分布,首尾相连的四根梁形成一个梁格,每一个梁格内设置有预制双曲拱壳,预制双曲拱壳的上表面和下表面均呈双曲拱形,预制双曲拱壳的边缘分别与四根梁的侧面固定连接;填充层覆盖预制双曲拱壳,填充层的顶面平整。本发明发挥了充分利用了混凝土的优越的受压性能,避免了混凝土较差的抗拉性能,可以节省大量钢筋和混凝土;预制双曲拱壳把荷载均匀分布传递给框架,使框架结构受力均衡,利用框架梁侧来固定预制双曲拱壳边缘,提高了预制双曲拱壳的承载力。
