The invention relates to a housing construction shear wall construction lightweight steel bar clamping tool. The clamping tool comprises a clamping tool body. The clamping tool body comprises a base plate. One side of the base plate is provided with a transverse groove allowing a steel bar to be clamped in, and the other side of the base plate is provided with a longitudinal groove perpendicular to the transverse groove. The two sides, far away from each other, of the base plate are both connected with cover plates. The sides, facing the base plate, of the two cover plates are both provided with fixing grooves allowing steel bars to be clamped in. The base plate is detachably connected with the two cover plates through limiting parts. The base plate is placed between the two perpendicularsteel bars, the two steel bars are clamped in the transverse groove and the longitudinal groove correspondingly, and the cover plates are mounted on the two sides of the base plate through the limiting parts to clamp the two steel bars. Thus, the two perpendicular steel bars are fixed.
