The invention discloses a safe protection guardrail for building engineering construction, and relates to the technical field of building construction. The safe protection guardrail comprises a watertank placed on the ground. An inserting seat and an inserting groove in inserting fit are fixed to the lower part of each of opposite end faces of the water tank in the length direction. Three cross-shaped inserting grooves are formed in the upper surface of the water tank. Bases and guardrail bodies are sequentially inserted into the three cross-shaped inserting grooves and are detachably and fixedly connected through bolts. Each base comprises an I-shaped bottom plate, and three cross-shaped inserting rods matched with the cross-shaped inserting grooves are fixed to the lower surface of eachI-shaped bottom plate. A rectangular inserting block is fixed to the upper surface of each I-shaped bottom plate and located at each of two ends. A first threaded hole is formed in the middle of thesame side face of each of the two rectangular inserting blocks. The overall structure is reasonable and simple through combined use of the water tank, the inserting seats, the inserting grooves, the bases and the guardrail bodies, installation is convenient, falling dust is isolated, or switching is convenient in a ventilation mode.
