The invention belongs to the technical field of intelligent locks, and relates to an intelligent lock with a magnetic-attraction clutching structure. The intelligent lock comprises a shell mechanism,a frictional sliding mechanism, a connecting mechanism, a magnetic clutching mechanism and a motor driving mechanism, wherein the frictional sliding mechanism, the connecting mechanism, the magnetic clutching mechanism and the motor driving mechanism are all arranged in the shell mechanism, the frictional sliding mechanism is connected with the connecting mechanism, the connecting mechanism is connected with the magnetic clutching mechanism, and the magnetic clutching mechanism is connected with the motor driving mechanism. The intelligent lock solves problems that generally, clutches of existing intelligent locks are equipped with too many transmission assemblies, and thus movement failures such as jamming, inclination and other states are very likely to occur due to installation errors or machining errors; moreover, the intelligent lock solves the problems in the prior art that when the locked-rotor current of direct-current motors in the intelligent locks is too large, the motors are prone to damage, and most intelligent locks can only be opened or closed through motors, and thus cannot be opened once motors break down.
