The invention discloses a safety door fence with a pet door. The safety door fence comprises a door fence body with a guardrail composed of a plurality of vertical pipes, a pet channel formed on the door fence body and the pet door arranged on the door fence body, wherein the pet door comprises a base, two channels formed in the two sides of the base and used for allowing the vertical pipes to penetrate therethrough, an inserting pipe arranged on the base and provided with one end extending into the vertical pipes outwards, two non-slip supporting columns arranged in the base, two extendable springs arranged in the base and used for generating elastic force to drive the non-slip supporting columns to move outwards to abut against the outer walls of the vertical pipes to stop the base frommoving, and two moving plates used for transversely moving to compress the extendable springs and driving the non-slip supporting columns to be disengaged from the surfaces of the vertical pipes so that the base can move in the vertical direction, and the base is provided with two through holes used for enabling the two moving plates to move transversely in a handheld mode.
