本发明涉及灯具的制作方法技术领域，提供了一种装饰混凝土灯具的制作方法，包括下述步骤：制作模具，模具是将纤维制品作为编织物编织而成；在模具表面涂抹固废材料液；待涂抹至模具表面的固废材料液固化后进行脱模，灯具制作完成。采用本技术方案制作的灯具，灯具为水泥灯壳，水泥灯壳表面的水泥质感为真实的固废材料液固化后的固废材料，非喷涂上去的，因此使用时间久了不会发生褪色和脱落的情况，尤其是放置在室外公共场所，经过风吹、雨淋、日晒后，也不会使水泥灯壳的褪色和脱落。
