The invention discloses a melting furnace mouse hole repairing method which comprises the steps that a core brick is cut according to the shape of a melting furnace mouse hole, and the core brick is slightly smaller than the melting furnace mouse hole; the core brick is suspended into the melting furnace mouse hole, and a filling gap is formed between the core brick and the melting furnace mouse hole; the filling gaps are filled with a framework material; gaps between the framework materials are filled with hot patching materials, and the hot patching materials are tamped and structured; the suspension state of the core brick is maintained, the bonding condition of the hot patching material is observed, and if the hot patching material is bonded completely and the patching part does not turn red any more, the suspension part on the core brick can be dismounted. Compared with the method in the prior art that hot patching materials are directly used for filling, the repairing method canprevent a large amount of hot patching materials from falling into the kiln, polluting molten glass and influencing the quality of glass products.
本发明公开一种熔窑鼠洞的修补方法,包括:对照熔窑鼠洞的形状裁切一块核心砖,核心砖略小于熔窑鼠洞;将核心砖悬挂吊入熔窑鼠洞内,核心砖与熔窑鼠洞之间形成填充间隙;采用骨架料对填充间隙进行填充;采用热补料对骨架料之间的缝隙进行填充,并将热补料捣实、规整;维持核心砖的悬吊状态,观察热补料粘结情况,若热补料粘结完整且修补部位不再发红,方可将核心砖上的悬挂部件拆除。本发明的修补方法,相对于现有技术中的直接用热补料填充,可以避免大量热补料掉入窑内,污染玻璃液,影响玻璃产品质量。
