Basalt fiber reactive powder concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses basalt fiber reactive powder concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 730 to 800 parts of cement, 240 to 290 parts of silica fume, 390 to 400 parts of quartz sand fine sand, 624 to 640 parts of quartz sand medium sand, 230 to 260 parts of quartz powder, 140 to 170 parts of water, 50 to 52 partsof a water reducing agent and 4 to 8 parts of basalt fibers. The axial compressive strength of the basalt fiber reactive powder concrete is close to that of steel fiber reactive powder concrete, and the breaking strength of the basalt fiber reactive powder concrete is greater than that of the steel fiber reactive powder concrete. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the dry materialand the basalt fibers are firstly mixed and stirred, so that the basalt fibers are promoted to be fully dispersed during stirring, the stirring time is shortened, and the strength of the basalt fiberreactive powder concrete is improved.
