The invention discloses a modified calcium sulfate hemihydrate whisker reinforced gypsum-based composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out surface modification and ultrasonic dispersion on calcium sulfate hemihydrate whiskers by using stearic acid, sequentially adding water, gypsum and the modified calcium sulfate hemihydrate whiskers into a stirring pot, stirring at a low speed for 25-35 seconds, transferring into a mold, molding into a test block, carrying out natural curing on the test block for 1.5-2.5 hours alongwith the mold, demolding, and naturally curing the test block to obtain the product, wherein the water, the gypsum and the modified calcium sulfate hemihydrate whiskers are mixed in percentage by mass: 2-5% of modified calcium sulfate hemihydrate whiskers, 50-55% of gypsum and 40-45% of water. According to the invention, stearic acid is adopted to modify calcium sulfate hemihydrate whisker and ultrasonic dispersion is carried out; the modified calcium sulfate hemihydrate whisker is used as a reinforcing material to be added into a gypsum matrix, so that the compatibility of the modified calcium sulfate hemihydrate whisker and the gypsum matrix is improved, the agglomeration phenomenon when the modified calcium sulfate hemihydrate whisker is doped is avoided, and the breaking strength and compressive strength of a gypsum-based composite material are enhanced.
本发明公开了一种改性半水硫酸钙晶须增强石膏基复合材料及其制备方法,是使用硬脂酸对半水硫酸钙晶须进行表面改性和超声波分散后,将水、石膏、改性半水硫酸钙晶须依次加入搅拌锅,低速搅拌25~35s后,转移至模具中成型为试块,试块连模自然养护1.5~2.5h,脱模,试块自然养护得到产品;所述水、石膏、改性半水硫酸钙晶须按以下质量百分比配料:改性半水硫酸钙晶须2~5%,石膏50~55%,水40~45%。本发明采用硬脂酸改性半水硫酸钙晶须并进行超声分散,将其作为增强材料加入石膏基体中,提高了改性半水硫酸钙晶须与石膏基体的相容性,避免了改性半水硫酸钙晶须掺加时的团聚现象,石膏基复合材料的抗折强度和抗压强度得到增强。
