The invention relates to an electric grooving machine with a dust removal function. The grooving machine comprises a shell, a driving mechanism, a grooving mechanism and a dust removal mechanism, wherein the driving mechanism is arranged in the shell, the grooving mechanism is arranged on the driving mechanism, and the dust removal mechanism is arranged on one side of the grooving mechanism. According to the electric grooving machine with the dust removal function, the grooving mechanism is driven by the driving mechanism to operate to realize grooving, air dust removal is realized through thedust removal mechanism, operators are prevented from inhaling dust, and the health of operators is protected. Compared with an existing grooving device with a dust removal function, the grooving efficiency is improved. According to the device, the clamping groove mechanism is linked with the dust removal mechanism, and on-line dust removal is achieved.
