By arranging the elastic layer, on sunny days, the elastic layer is flatly laid at the upper ports of the drainage channels, dust and dirt falling onto the surface of the elastic layer can be easily removed through cleaning tools such as a broom, and on rainy days, the elastic layer can be pulled downwards to form a drainage groove for drainage.
