The bridge comprises a lower bearing platform poured by concrete, a second impermeable concrete layer is poured on thelower bearing platform; a lower spherical hinge is arranged on the second impermeable concrete layer; an upper spherical hinge matched with the lower spherical hinge is arranged on the lower sphericalhinge; a first impermeable concrete layer is poured on the upper spherical hinge; additives are added into the first impermeable concrete layer and the second impermeable concrete layer in the concrete preparation process; the admixture is a cement-based capillary crystalline master batch and polypropylene fiber, the mass ratio of the cement-based capillary crystalline master batch to cement in the concrete is 1.5: 100-2.5: 100, and 0.8-1.2 kg of polypropylene fiber is added into per cubic meter of concrete. According to the swivel bridge provided by the invention, normal work of the swivel spherical hinge is ensured not to be invaded and disturbed by moisture through a mode of combining additive waterproofing and coating waterproofing.
