The invention discloses an automatic monitoring device for hammering pile-sinking penetration and pile top elevation. The automatic monitoring device consists of a pile top laser distance measuring instrument, a sound receiver, a receiving plate, a data transmission line I, a data transmission line II, three GPSs, an A52 data conversion module and a data processor, wherein the pile top laser distance measuring instrument mainly monitors sink amount of a pile-straightening, pile-unloading sinking process, is mounted at the top end of a guide rail, and is positioned on the same center line withthe receiving plate; the sound receiver collects and carries out statistics on hammering sound; the receiving plate is mounted on a pile hammer for receiving laser of the pile top laser distance measuring instrument in real time; and the data transmission line I is used for transmitting hammering times fed back by the sound receiver. The automatic monitoring device can efficiently carry out statistics on hammering penetration, can directly control pile top elevation through the system, improves construction efficiency, and reduces the cost.
本发明公开了一种锤击沉桩贯入度及桩顶标高自动监测装置，由桩顶激光测距仪、声音接收仪、接收板、一号数据传输线、二号数据传输线、3台GPS、A52数据转换模块、数据处理器构成，所述桩顶激光测距仪主要对直桩、卸桩下沉过程下沉量进行监控，安装在导轨顶端与接收板处于同一中心线；所述声音接收仪对锤击声音进行收集统计；所述接收板安装在桩锤上，对桩顶激光测距仪激光进行实时接收；所述一号数据传输线对声音接收仪反馈的锤击次数进行传输。该发明可高效统计锤击贯入度，并可通过该系统直接控制桩顶高程，提高施工效率，节约成本。
