The system comprises a base, a processing box is fixedly installed at the top of the base, four wheels are arrangedat the bottom of the base, two support columns are arranged at the top of the processing box, one ends of the two support columns are connected with a same water accumulation seat, a frame is installed at the top of the water accumulation seat, a first rotating rod is rotatably connected in the frame, a first gear fixedly sleeves the first rotating rod, a first motor is fixedly installed at the top of the frame, an output shaft of the first motor is fixedly connected with the first rotating rod, and one end of the first rotating rod is fixedly connected with a second gear. The system is simplein structure, automatic sludge pumping and the solid-liquid separation prevent secondary pollution caused by the leakage of the sewage, and the system is convenient for people to use.
本发明属于污泥处理技术领域，尤其是一种移动式河湖清淤污泥处理系统，针对现有少数的处理污泥需要人工拖动机器收集污泥和运输污泥时没有更好的将污泥固液分离使得运输中出现污水遗漏造成二次污染问题，现提出如下方案，其包括底座，底座的顶部固定安装有处理箱，底座的底部设有四个轮子，处理箱的顶部安装有两个支撑柱，两个支撑柱的一端连接有同一个积水座，积水座的顶部安装有框架，框架内转动连接有第一转动杆，第一转动杆上固定套设有第一齿轮，框架的顶部固定安装有第一电机，第一电机的输出轴与第一转动杆固定连接，第一转动杆的一端固定连接有第二齿轮。本发明结构简单，自动抽泥且固液分离防止污水遗漏再次污染，方便人们使用。
