The invention discloses a novel prefabricated slab. The novel prefabricated slab comprises a prefabricated bottom plate, a supporting net is arranged in the prefabricated bottom plate, the supportingnet is formed by fixing a first supporting piece and a second supporting piece in a crossed mode, a plurality of truss shear keys embedded in the prefabricated bottom plate are arranged on the upper surface of the prefabricated bottom plate, and each truss shear key comprises two first reinforcing ribs arranged in the prefabricated bottom plate, a second reinforcing rib arranged at the upper end of the prefabricated bottom plate, and a third reinforcing rib which extends downwards to be fixed to the first reinforcing ribs after being fixed to the second reinforcing rib. According to the novelprefabricated slab, due to the special structures of the truss shear keys, the whole precast slab is high in shear capacity, meanwhile, the precast slab is formed by cutting a steel bar truss machinedby using an automatic steel bar truss production line in the specific implementation process, the length is only 1-2 internodes, the use amount of the steel bar truss is greatly reduced, and the basic requirement for the shear capacity of an upper-lower stacking face is met; and the advantage of low steel consumption and high economical efficiency of a prefabricated prestressed plate is kept.
本发明公开了一种新型预制板,包括预制底板,所述预制底板内布置有支撑网,所述支撑网由第一支撑件和第二支撑件交叉固定构成,所述预制底板上表面设有多个嵌入在预制底板内的桁架抗剪键,所述桁架抗剪键包括设置在预制底板内的两根第一加强筋、设置在预制底板上端的第二加强筋以及与第二加强筋固定后向下延伸与第一加强筋固定的第三加强筋。桁架抗剪键的特殊结构使得整个预制板抗剪能力强,同时具体实施时采用自动化钢筋桁架生产线加工的钢筋桁架截段而成,长度仅为1~2个节间长度,大幅减少了钢筋桁架的用量,保持了基本的上下层叠合面对抗剪能力的要求,又保持的预制预应力板的用钢量小的经济性好的优势。
