The invention relates to a connecting joint of a metal roof eave gutter. The connecting joint comprises a gutter, a roof board and a wall board. The inner side of the gutter is arranged close to the wall board. A gutter overhanging part is further included. One end of the gutter overhanging part is fixed to the roof board, the other end of the gutter overhanging part is connected with the outer side of the gutter, and the length of the part fixed to the roof board is at least 20% of the total length. Compared with the prior art, original two gutter hanging sheets in the original manner are replaced with the gutter overhanging part, bolts for connecting the two gutter hanging sheets are removed, one end of the gutter overhanging part is directly arranged on the roof board, structural strength of connecting can be improved, and bending is avoided.
