The invention belongs to the field of decorative building materials, and particularly relates to a method for manufacturing seamless composite wall cloth. The method comprises the following steps of:(1) leveling grey cloth; and (2) carrying out hot-pressing compounding on the flattened gray cloth and an EVA hot melt adhesive net film at 80-200 DEG C, and immediately cooling the cloth to 15-35 DEGC within 8-20 seconds to obtain the seamless composite wall cloth. The invention further relates to the manufactured seamless composite wall cloth. The composite wall cloth is seamless in appearance,suitable for discharging moisture in a wall body, and not prone to glue permeation, the sources of used gray cloth materials are wide, the wall cloth is high in flatness, cloth compounding is even and firm, and the adhesion is not easy to occur in the coiling packaging process.
本发明属于装饰建材领域，具体涉及一种制作无缝复合墙布的方法，包括如下步骤：(1)将坯布拉平；(2)将拉平后的坯布与EVA热熔胶网膜在80℃‑200℃下热压复合，然后立即在8～20秒的时间内降温至15℃‑35℃，得到无缝复合墙布。本发明还涉及制得的无缝复合墙布。本发明复合墙布的外观无接缝痕迹，适于排出墙体内的潮气，不易透胶，使用坯布材质范围广，墙布平整度高，面料复合均匀、牢固，成卷包装时不易粘连。
