The invention discloses a skirting line capable of realizing soft lamplight and with a lamp strip. The skirting line comprises a main board body, a first board body, a second board body, third board bodies, fixed boards, side boards and an arc board. The main board body is arranged vertically. The arc board is fixed to the bottom of the main board body, and the circle center of the arc board is located on the side, away from a wall, of the main board body. The vertically-arranged second board body is arranged on the side, away from the wall, of the main board body. The top end of the second board body and the top end of the main board body are connected through the first board body. A mounting trough is formed by the main board body, the second board body and the first board body. The lampstrip with lamplight irradiating downwards is mounted in the mounting trough. The multiple horizontally-arranged third board bodies are fixed to the side, away from the wall, of the main board body from top to bottom, and a fixed trough is formed by every two adjacent third board bodies and the main board body. According to the skirting line, the arc board is fixed to the lower end of the main board body, light emitting by the lamp strip can be reflected by the arc board, so that lamplight is soft, and the irradiation range is widened.
