The invention relates to a construction method of a watchtower with a reverse cone-shaped tower top and relates to the technical field of buildings. After a tower main body is constructed, a movable hanging rack is arranged downward from a radiation beam in a slip form system of the tower main body, and layered over-form construction is carried out on the reverse cone-shaped tower top from bottomto top by moving the layers of the movable hanging rack upward and outward. Compared with the prior art, the construction method is low in engineering technical measure cost, small in construction andoperation difficulty and safe, can lower the engineering cost and is good in forming effect of a reverse cone-shaped concrete structure on the tower top.
