According to the single-layer parking device with the fire extinguishing function, a vehicle can be continuously soaked in flame-retardant liquid in the fire extinguishing tank, so that the vehicle is cooled while being isolated from air, and extinguishing is effectively carried out on the vehicle; cooling can be effectively carried out on a burning vehicle, and the fire extinguishing speed is increased; diffusion of harmful gas and smoke can be effectively avoided; and the descending device and a lifting device do not need to be arranged separately, the cost is advantageously reduced, and the space is advantageously saved.
