Provided is a method for moving a tunnel trolley. The method comprises the steps that firstly, after a segment is constructed and poured, a supporting lead screw is demounted, and an oil pump drives an inverted arch oil cylinder, so that an inverted arch formwork leaves an inverted arch face to the maximum extent; secondly, a jacking oil cylinder assembly is started, a main beam, a lining formworkand a portal are driven to overall move upwards, and therefore a rail is separated from a concrete face; thirdly, an auxiliary lead screw is screwed to be long until the bottom of the auxiliary leadscrew is in contact with the concrete face to be supported, and the jacking oil cylinder assembly is started and contracted to leave the concrete face; fourthly, a motor drives the rail to move forwards, after the rail moves to the designated spot, a jacking oil cylinder extends to the supporting concrete face, and the auxiliary lead screw is screwed to be short; and finally, the jacking oil cylinder assembly is contracted until the rail is completely attached to the concrete face, and the main beam, the lining formwork and the portal are driven to move on the rail to the designated spot.
