本发明公开了一种人员安防管理系统，本申请中的控制装置可以仅在欲进入变电站人员的第一身份特征信息满足预设通行条件时，通过通行管理装置对该人员进行放行，也就是说，在其第一身份特征信息不满足预设通行条件时，该人员是无法进入变电站的，由于通过本申请中的系统可以实现对进入变电站人员的身份核验，自动化程度较高，解放了人力，降低了人力成本。
