Embodiments of the invention provide a thermal management system and an electric hydraulic excavator, belonging to the field of thermal management systems. The invention aims to solve the problem thatcost is high in the prior art since an existing power battery is heated by an electric heater. The thermal management system comprises: a hydraulic cylinder heat dissipation system, which comprises afirst loop and a hydraulic cylinder arranged on the first loop; a battery heating system, which comprises a second loop and a battery pack arranged on the second loop; and a first heat exchanger, which is arranged on the first loop and the second loop at the same time. Through the first heat exchanger, working heat of hydraulic oil is used for heating the battery pack, and heat energy generated by a hydraulic system in the working process is fully utilized.
本发明的实施例提供了一种热管理系统及电动液压挖掘机,涉及热管理系统领域。旨在改善现有的动力电池采用电加热器加热,存在成本较高的问题。热管理系统包括液压缸散热系统,液压缸散热系统包括第一回路以及设置在第一回路上的液压缸;电池加热系统,电池加热系统包括第二回路以及设置在第二回路上的电池包;第一换热器,第一换热器同时设置在第一回路以及第二回路上。通过第一换热器,利用液压油的工作热量对电池包进行加热,充分利用工作过程中液压系统产生的热能。
