The invention discloses a building-waste fired perforated brick, and relates to the technical field of building waste treatment. The building-waste fired perforated brick comprises a processing box, wherein a partition is fixedly connected to the middle part of the inner cavity of the processing box; pouring hoppers are fixedly connected to the two sides of the top surface of the processing box separately; a fixed shaft is fixedly connected into the processing box; an auxiliary breaking roll sleeves and is movably connected to the outer side of the fixed shaft; a breaking roll is movably installed in the processing box; and a connection shaft is fixedly connected to the middle part of the breaking roll. According to the building-waste fired perforated brick, through cooperative use for thebreaking roll and the auxiliary breaking roll, breaking processing can be carried out on building wastes; through arrangement for an adsorption magnetic plate in a rubber material guide plate, metalimpurities in the broken building wastes can be adsorbed onto the rubber material guide plate, and the building wastes are filtered; and through arrangement for a spring below a press plate, when thebuilding wastes fall onto the rubber material guide plate, an impact force is generated to the rubber material guide plate due to the action of gravity, and the spring is extruded through the rubber material guide plate.
