The steel-structure truss horizontal adjusting and mounting equipment comprises a hoisting baseplate, winding mechanisms, a guiding mechanism, a load-bearing rope, horizontal adjusting mechanisms and a hoisting plate, wherein the winding mechanisms are symmetricallymounted at the lower end of the hoisting baseplate; the guiding mechanism is mounted at the lower end of the hoisting baseplate and positioned between the winding mechanisms; the horizontal adjustingmechanisms are symmetrically mounted at the lower end of the guiding mechanism; one end of the load-bearing rope is fixed in the guiding mechanism; and the hoisting plate is mounted at the other end of the load-bearing rope. During the mounting process of a steel-structure building truss, the horizontal height can be adjusted by adopting the design concept of an adjustable multi-station structure;a mechanical integrated working structure is adopted, so that the labor intensity of workers can be reduced and the working process can be simplified; and through the arrangement of a structure provided with a graduated scale, the entire adjusting process is visual, so that the left-right height position adjusting accuracy during the mounting construction of the steel-structure building truss canbe improved.
