Preparation method of tetragonal phase nano barium titanate
The invention belongs to the technical field of electronic ceramic powder materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of tetragonal phase nano barium titanate. The invention provides apreparation method of tetragonal phase nano barium titanate, which comprises the following steps: carrying out mechanical activation on titanium dioxide in absolute ethyl alcohol to obtain activatedtitanium dioxide slurry; mixing the activated titanium dioxide slurry with a soluble barium source, and adding a mineralizer into the obtained barium-titanium mixed slurry under a protective gas atmosphere condition to obtain a to-be-reacted mixture; and preheating the to-be-reacted mixture, performing heating, and carrying out hydrothermal reaction to obtain the tetragonal phase nano barium titanate. The test result of the embodiment shows that the tetragonal phase nano barium titanate obtained by the preparation method provided by the invention is regular in microstructure, uniform in particle size, fine in particle, good in dispersity, excellent in crystallization property and high in tetragonal phase.
本发明属于电子陶瓷粉体材料技术领域,特别涉及一种四方相纳米钛酸钡的制备方法。本发明提供了一种四方相纳米钛酸钡的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将二氧化钛在无水乙醇中进行机械活化,得到活化二氧化钛浆料;将所述活化二氧化钛浆料与可溶性钡源混合,在保护气体气氛条件下向所得钡钛混合浆料中加入矿化剂,得到待反应混合料;将所述待反应混合料预热后升温进行水热反应,得到所述四方相纳米钛酸钡。实施例测试结果表明,由本发明提供的制备方法得到的四方相纳米钛酸钡微观形貌规整、粒度均匀、颗粒细小、分散性好、结晶性能优良,具有高四方相。
