The invention relates to a heating furnace device with a combustor, the combustor comprises a premixing chamber of coal gas and combustion-supporting air, and constant-temperature high-temperature hotflue gas provided after the coal gas and the combustion-supporting air are combusted is input into a lime kiln to be calcined. According to the device, blast furnace gas with a low heat value and lowprice is used as fuel, so that the generated constant-temperature high-temperature smoke meets the requirements of lime kiln calcination and other industrial kilns; accordingly, the fuel cost is reduced and the product quality is improved; in addition, the device can achieve full combustion of air gas, and therefore the heat efficiency of a heating furnace is improved.
