The invention discloses an environment-friendly fireproof plate and a production method thereof. The environment-friendly fireproof plate is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of polypropylene fibers; 1-3 parts of a water reducing agent; 8-12 parts of tricalcium silicate; 10-15 parts of dicalcium silicate; 35-40 parts of wood flour; 15-20 parts of straw powder; 5-15 parts of rice flour; 30-35 parts of a flame retardant; and 6-11 parts of a self-flame-retardant material. The defects in the prior art are overcome, and the produced environment-friendly fireproof plate has a good flame-retardant effect and excellent mechanical properties, meets the requirements of environmental protection and circular economy and can be widely applied to indoor decoration.
