The invention provides high-performance foam concrete. The high-performance foam concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: cement mortar, sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate, saponin, alkyl sodium sulfonate, alkyl glycoside, anionic polyacrylamide, lecithin, epoxidized soybean oil, sodium alginate, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, ethylene-vinyl acetate emulsion, ultra-light aggregate, an accelerator and water. The preparation method comprises the steps of firstly, mixing sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate, saponin, alkyl sodium sulfonate, alkyl glycoside, anionic polyacrylamide and water, heating and stirring, and adding lecithin, epoxidized soybean oil and sodium alginate to prepare a composite foaming solution; adding hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, the ethylene-vinyl acetate emulsion, the ultra-light aggregate and the accelerator into the cement mortar to obtain slurry; and adding the composite foaming liquid into the slurry, stirring at a high speed, pouring into a mold, standing, demolding, and curing to obtain the foam concrete. The foam concrete provided by the invention has good compressive and flexural strength.
本发明提供了一种高性能的泡沫混凝土，原料包括：水泥砂浆、α‑烯基磺酸钠、皂角苷、烷基磺酸钠、烷基糖苷、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、卵磷脂、环氧大豆油、海藻酸钠、羟丙基甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯乳液、超轻骨料、速凝剂和水。其制备方法是先将α‑烯基磺酸钠、皂角苷、烷基磺酸钠、烷基糖苷、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、水混合，加热搅拌，加入卵磷脂、环氧大豆油和海藻酸钠，制成复合发泡液；再将羟丙基甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯乳液、超轻骨料、速凝剂加至水泥砂浆中，得到浆体；然后将复合发泡液加至浆体中，高速搅拌后浇注到模具中静置后拆模，养护，得到泡沫混凝土。本发明的泡沫混凝土具有良好的抗压抗折强度。
