Process for producing autoclaved aerated concrete block by utilizing desulfurized gypsum wastewater
The invention relates to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of desulfurized gypsum wastewater, in particular to a process for producing an autoclaved aerated concrete block by utilizingdesulfurized gypsum wastewater. The method comprises the following steps: 1, adding desulfurized gypsum wastewater and fly ash into a slurrying stirrer, and stirring for slurrying; 2, feeding the slurry prepared in the step 1 into a pouring stirring tank, sequentially adding an RGM concrete reinforcing agent, lime and aluminum powder into the pouring stirring tank, uniformly stirring, and pouringthe slurry into a mold box; 3, moving the mold box with the poured slurry to a static curing room for static gas generation; 4, after static gas generation is finished, conveying the mold box and thegreen body through a traveling crane to a cutting machine for cuttinng; and 5, sending the cut block green body into a still kettle, and carrying out steam autoclaving to obtain a finished autoclavedaerated concrete building block. According to the method, the desulfurized gypsum wastewater is used for replacing industrial water, so that the production cost is greatly reduced, the environmental protection problem is solved, and the great cost is saved for treating the desulfurized gypsum wastewater.
本发明涉及脱硫石膏废水综合利用技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种利用脱硫石膏废水生产蒸压加气混凝土砌块的工艺。包括以下步骤:1、向制浆搅拌器中加入脱硫石膏废水和粉煤灰,搅拌制浆;2、将步骤1制备的浆料送入浇注搅拌罐内,再向浇注搅拌罐内依次加入RGM混凝土增强剂、白灰、铝粉,搅拌均匀后,将浆料浇注到模箱内;3、将已浇注浆料的模箱移动到静养间静止发气;4、静养发气结束,使用行车将模箱和坯体送至切割机进行切割;5、完成切割后的砌块坯体,送入蒸压釜内,通过蒸汽蒸压,即制得蒸压加气混凝土砌块成品。本发明使用脱硫石膏废水代替工业用水不仅大大降低生产成本,又解决了环保难题,也为处理脱硫石膏废水节省了很大的成本。
