The bridge main body fixing part is weldedby a steel structure, a vertical column, base and cross beam cable-stayed fixing mode is adopted, the vertical column is provided with a hydraulic cylinder for driving up-and-down stretching, and thebase is integrally connected with a ground foundation; and the parallel telescopic part adopts a connecting rod structure, the connecting rod structure is provided with a foldable bridge deck, a lower end of the connecting rod structure is connected with a bridge stand column, and the upper end of the connecting rod structure is connected with the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder. A working principle comprises that the hydraulic cylinder is driven to unfold so that the hydraulic cylinder pushes the upper end of the connecting rod structure to shrink the connecting rod structure and shrinkthe folding bridge plate to shrink the telescopic part of the bridge; and the hydraulic cylinder is driven to retract, the hydraulic cylinder drives the upper end of the connecting rod structure to unfold the connecting rod structure, and meanwhile the folding bridge plate is unfolded to unfold the telescopic part of the bridge. In the using process, the hydraulic cylinder is driven to be unfolded, the parallel telescopic bridge is in a contracted state, and water surface ships and the like are not affected to travel back and forth; and when the hydraulic cylinder is driven to retract, the parallel telescopic bridge is in an unfolded state for pedestrians and vehicles to pass through a bridge surface.
